How are prices calculated?

Pricing depends on scope: surface area, condition, access, materials, and any special requirements (repairs, insurance paperwork, etc.). We give a clear, line-item estimate so you know what you’re paying for.

How soon can you start, and how long will the job take?

Many jobs can be scheduled within 48 hours; small services often same week. Job duration varies: window jobs can be a few hours, full exterior cleans or renovations take longer — we give a projected timeline with your quote.

Absolutely. From lanai upgrades to full exterior renovation scopes, we plan, estimate, manage contractors, and deliver. We act as your single point of contact — design through completion.

What should I do to prepare for a service visit?

Minimal prep needed. Clear driveways and patios if possible, secure pets, and remove breakables near work areas. We’ll send a pre-service checklist tailored to your job with the quote.

How do you protect my property and guarantee the work?

We’re insured, licensed, and use industry-standard safety and protection measures (floor protection, drop cloths, soft-wash for roofs, proper containment for pool/lanai work). We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee — if you’re not happy, we’ll make it right.

Payments, Cancellations & Support

Easy payments, flexible scheduling

What payment methods and cancellation policies do you have?

We accept major credit cards, ACH/bank transfer, and check for larger projects. For most jobs we ask for a card on file or a deposit for scheduled appointments; cancellation policies are flexible but we request 24–48 hours notice for larger projects. All payment and cancellation terms are included in your estimate.
